Upscale Luxury Hotel, Noida

Abstract

The designing of an upscale luxury hotel has been elaborated in the following report. The paper contains the relevant literature studies and case studies of upscale luxury hotels in India along with the standards and bye laws applicable for designing it in the Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The area programming as a result and outcome of analysis of case studies has been further used in the design development of the project. Site analysis along with climatic data were researched in order to get the most desired, favourable and economical solution. The paper also contains all the process of design development from concept sketches to the final details of the projects including floor plans, sections, relevant structure details and views. As an advanced research topic ‘Interior design considerations for hotel lobby’ has also been studied about various aspects of interior decoration and furniture arrangement in the lobby spaces of an upscale luxury hotel in order to have a better user friendly and comfortable design
