Abstract: The built environment of a traditional society is the physical manifestation of their culture and social structure, as well as other physical factors such as climate, topography, materials and resources, technology, etc. The dwelling is the primary unit of the settlement, which over time evolves from a basic shelter to a complex matrix of elements, physical and spatial, their organization and articulation being governed by the interplay of various physical and socio‐cultural factors. These factors also determine the size, organization and character of a cluster, relationship between clusters, formation and location of community spaces, etc. up to the level of the entire settlement. Modern people live in a competitive society with firm belief in efficiency. Located near mountains, the site of verdant scenery and limestone cliffs have long inspired artists and offered sheltered spaces for contemplation and reflection. The user group will be provided with heavenly scenic views and comfortable elite living facilities with social interaction spaces. The aim would be to study space organization and physical alterations in dwelling units of condominium housing societies and to study the special distribution of spaces and develop a design criteria for the thesis project.
